1. Data We Collect

We collect the information you provide when registering: mobile number, name, date of birth, photographs, community details, and partner preferences. We also collect usage data such as profile views and interests sent.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to display your profile to other registered members, facilitate matchmaking, and send you relevant notifications. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

Contact details (phone number, WhatsApp) are shared with another member only after both parties have accepted each other's interest. Photos can be set to “on request” to control visibility.

4. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, and request deletion. You can export all your data or delete your account from Settings at any time.

5. Consent Withdrawal

You may withdraw consent for any processing purpose (profile display, matchmaking, marketing) at any time from your account Settings. Withdrawal of essential consents will result in profile deactivation.

6. Data Retention

Deleted accounts are retained for 30 days to allow reactivation, after which all personal data is permanently erased.
